Spring Book Bazaar 2012

The Institute of Modern Greek Studies organized a "Spring Book Bazaar" from 9 to 11 May 2012, 10.00-15.00, at the University Campus. Recent as well as older publications of the Institute were offered at special prices.

Visitors had the opportunity to read verses by Odysseas Elytis for springtime, and enjoy saxophonist Nikolas Skordas on Thursday, May 10th (12:30) and guitarist Panagiotis Andreou on Friday, May 11th (12:30).

Part of the proceeds was donated to the Social Solidarity Clinic for the purchase of medical supplies for uninsured fellow citizens.
